to Camino Real and Hollister Village full of restaurants, grocery stores, Costco, movies, etc. The managers are kind and even show tenants appreciation by hosting meals and games. And they even allow pets. I highly recommend these apartments.

are great, distance to schools and shopping is superb, and the staff is so helpful, thorough and treated me as if I was their number one tenant. They take the word "community" to heart. Security Deposit and rents are very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this or any other Towbes Group property. Thanks to Kaye, Shawn and Denise for all their great work!

It’s 5-10 minutes away from UCSB and Isla Vista but remains a very peaceful and quiet place to live with friendly neighbors and staff. We loved the management, specifically Liz, who was always spectacularly helpful and responsive whenever we had questions, concerns, or maintenance needs (which were always taken care of within 1 day). My wife and I had a great experience here- highly recommended.

a doubt recommend this community. We found the community amenities to be spectacular. The community was dazzling, and its upkeep was impeccable. The manager Tristian was charismatic and welcoming it was apparent she is passionate about her job. Tristian remembered our needs and preferences exhibiting a level of engagement that was superb. The conversation felt effortless and very enjoyable while she related the home to our needs and preferences and her presentation of the community was fantastic. Based on our experience, the thought of calling these apartments home was divine. We felt that what the property offered in exchange for the asking rent was commendable. We envisioned the quality of life here based on the amenities and unique features provided such as the pond as being fabulous. The only reason we decided not to rent from Pacific Oaks was that they did not offer washer and dryers connections in the apartments. We chose to write a review solely based on Tristian for giving us the most remarkable presentations of her community. We encourage anyone looking to rent in Goleta to go and see Tristian!

team changed over time, we only had great experiences. They organize free tenant activities every month or two, like eater egg hunt, Octoberfest, Christmas party, paint night, etc. which are always a lot of fun to participate in. The property is clean and well cared for and the few maintenance requests we had were resolved in a timely manner. Also, the location is awesome (being close to nature and shopping opportunities). Highly recommended!

gym is under construction so I can't use it. The management here is amazing. I have been able to talk to them about any issues and they are quick to take care of all of my families needs. Thank you for making this experience great!!! I would recommend this apartment to others, it is well kept and very quiet. I have to say that it is one of the friendliest communities I have been housed in.

any apartment complex you are going to have your routine maintenance issues but the staff is extremely quick to respond. For example, had a minor ant invasion a few weeks ago (my own fault for leaving food out). Within hours they had a professional exterminator out there to deal with the issue. The front office staff always greet you with a smile. I often see one of the managers out walking her dog and she always takes the time to stop and chat. They are genuinely interested in your well being and how you are doing. Bottom line I cannot recommend Pacific Oaks any higher! Absolutely the best place to live and cannot imagine being anywhere else!

studious life. The units are super-well maintained, and the staff is SERIOUS about keeping them that way! Joe, the facilities manager, is on top of his work. Bus stops to the UC and other areas are super close, with a Costco, Albertsons, BevMo! and a bunch of other necessities nearby. The price is a bit high, but you really get the quality you pay for. And the staff (Hi Melissa, Kristen and Tyler!) all get 5 star reviews in our book. Thanks for a great two years! Best of luck, Adam & Caitlin

Each staff member has their own unique gifts, and they make an effort to understand their tenants. an exceptional experience I recently had at the Pacific Oaks site. Recent changes with my job required us to relocate to the Santa Barbara/Goleta area. Weekend after weekend for about 5 weeks straight we drove up from LA and viewed a number of areas and a number of apartments. As you well know there are very few rental options and even fewer that provide the opportunity to have pets. Needless to say the process was exhausting and emotionally taxing. We toured a number of Towbes managed facilities and found everyone to be professional and courteous but the staff at Pacific Oaks was head and shoulders above the rest. One person in particular was quite possibly the sole reason we chose to sign a lease with the company. We met Kristen Rich with the Pacific Oaks team after about 4 weeks of searching and we had yet to identify even one apartment that felt like it could be our new home. Her warm smile and genuine concern for matching us to the right apartment immediately put us at ease. She took the time to learn about us and to educate us on the culture of the apartment community. It was the first time we didn't feel like we were either being sold or given the right to apply and compete for an opportunity to rent. We truly felt Kristen's authenticity and agreed that this is the type of person we want as a neighbor. We also believe that the leasing staff, although objective, are the keepers and representatives of a communities culture. Very simply, Kristen made us feel welcome and we knew without a doubt Pacific Oaks was our new home. Tyler managed our paperwork through the remainder of the process and everything went very smoothly. The experience has been every bit as wonderful as Kristen said it would be. We enjoy the amenities on a daily basis and are slowly meeting more of our neighbors. I even drop off my rent in person just to get an opportunity to chat with the staff and share a couple laughs. In an industry where the demand far outweighs the supply it is hard to find a company that cares about the customer experience. Kristen and Tyler are fantastic ambassadors for Towbes and truly brings a personal, caring, human touch to a daunting and emotional process.

things that immediately struck me was the cooperativeness and professionalism in dealing with the office staff. In one instance, our rent payment was somehow lost and the manager was quick to allow a 'grace period' for the MO to cancel and be reissued which could've taken months (thankfully it didn't) but they were graciously willing to wait for our payment. They even reimbursed us for the MO fee! Repair orders have been handled in a timely manner (usually within 48 hrs. unless otherwise stated) and an emergency phone number is also available. Aside from a decent interior, the patio is a nice addition for plants and some patio furniture--as we live on the first floor and have a bit larger space than upstairs balconies. Planes and trains can be a nuisance but mostly during the day when I'm at work (*works* for me, haha). Pool and gym are nice tho I wish the gym were a bit larger. Overall atmosphere of the complex during the day and night seems remarkably peaceful, even with kids playing about... but then again perhaps any place would seem that way after life in IV.

like Ron Wolfe). The apartments are located behind Albertsons and Rite Aid, so you're really close to shopping. I'd often walk over to go grocery shopping, coffee-ing, and mailing. They recently renovated the club house/rec room, I'm sure it's another nice amenity. There's a small pool and hot tub in the middle of the complex, which was surprisingly not busy considering how many residents the complex has. There's a referral program...If you referrer someone in, you and your referrer both get a $100 or $200 credit. Despite the artificiality of the pond and stream in the center of the complex, it's surprisingly nice--with fish, ducks, and turtles. Each apartment gets 1 covered parking spot. Downsides? Somewhat close to the train tracks, but isn't that the case with most of Goleta and SB? It's under SBA's incoming flight path, so there's a bit of air traffic overhead. There are quite a few families--not that many young people. You also have to have an income requirement of 3.3x your monthly rent...to make sure you can pay, and to keep the UCSB kids out. Overall, it's a great Goleta apartment complex.
